1. Platform Description

7D AI Academy is an AI education platform that helps learners discover their AI purpose, build real income-generating projects, and grow across 7 dimensions of life. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

2. Free Tier

The Free Learner tier is $0 and includes access to the AI Purpose Quiz, 3 free courses, basic community access, the 21-Day Challenge, and participation in the affiliate program. No credit card is required for the free tier.

3. Pro Tier

The Pro Learner subscription costs $27 per month or $197 per year. Pro unlocks all courses, full ZURI Mentor access, pods & accountability groups, marketplace access, a freelancer profile, the full Tool Finder, and the community forum. Pricing may change at any time; changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the change is announced.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically each month until canceled. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. You authorize recurring billing at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions: non-refundable for the current billing period. You retain access until the period ends.
  • Annual subscriptions: eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

7. Course Content & Licensing

All course materials, videos, written content, and exercises are owned by 7D AI Academy. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, copy, or share course content with others.

8. User Conduct

  • No spamming other users or the community forum.
  • No sharing your account credentials with others.
  • No copying, scraping, or redistributing course or platform content.
  • No abusive, harassing, or illegal behavior in the community.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

9. Affiliate Program

Approved Growth Partners earn a 60% commission on qualifying referrals. Payouts are subject to a minimum threshold and are processed via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or M-Pesa. Affiliate terms and commissions may be updated; commission is earned only on completed, non-refunded purchases.

10. Limitation of Liability

7D AI Academy is an educational platform. We do not guarantee any specific income, employment, or business outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, and market conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7D AI Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
